Reaching out to 'other' places in the world
From the beginning of our life together, the World Mission Prayer League has emphasized prayer and concern for the least reached and least accessible peoples of the world. The emphasis has led us to involvement in tent-making and creative-access partnerships in countries “closed” to a traditional missionary presence. “The Islands” are an example. So are our involvements in Central and East Asia.

Many thanks to Gary & Pat for the wonderful hospitality and support they gave, while I was attending the ELCA Assembly in Minneapolis. Due to the issues at the Assembly, it was a struggle for me early in the week. But I came away from Minneapolis feeling that I had a spiritual experience, and I was the better for it. Churches in Central Pa. are making decisions of standing on the Word of God, regardless of what the denomination has said. Pastor Bob Kitchen (retired)
