Dear sir/madam:
I am an associate pastor in a church in Nepal I thought that your organization is a humanitarian organization and helps/supports the persons like me. I had contact with many organizations and people and still am helpless.
My problem is that I have severe headache and I am having it for the last more than two and half years. I happened to be the victim of Maoist conflict in Nepal and saved my life three times though my grandmother was shot dead. I went through mental trauma for a long time. I spent a lot of money that I could and had treatment in different mental hospitals in Nepal. Other proglems went away but my headache (severe) still remains. I am in a situation to give up.
I would like to request you if you possibly can help for me or show me the way for having support for having proper and advanced level of treatment.
Hoping to your kind cooperation.
Sincerely,
