Your next step on the path to missionary service is to help us get to know you better. Please, complete the following Application for Short-term Missionary Service.

Thank you for your interest in serving with the World Mission Prayer League. Short-term missionary service is strictly voluntary in nature. If you are accepted for service, please know that you will be financially responsible to cover the cost of travel to and from the field of your appointment and living expenses while there. The Associate Director for that area and the Candidacy Coordinator will be happy to assist you in getting any information that you need. Additionally, you will be responsible for finding your own health insurance while overseas. If you need suggestions for overseas health insurance companies please contact the Candidacy Coordinator.

Short-term volunteers are required to meet the Prayer League’s Directorate for consideration of their application. Please note that attendance at the Prayer League’s Annual Missionary Candidates’ Briefing Course is highly recommended. If you are accepted, you may also want to arrange for a Commissioning Service at your home church. Questions concerning your application, interview, commissioning, etc., may be directed to the Candidacy Coordinator. Spouses must submit individual forms.
