Provide encouragement, counsel, teaching, and fellowship opportunities to a multi-national, multi-agency, interdenominational group of expatriates serving in one of the most challenging locations in the world. This position requires someone with experience working in difficult and stressful environments, full of determination and imagination but above all with a big heart to shepherd the sheep through this season and into the next one. It is a spiritual task and it will need a gifted, spiritual person or couple to carry it out.
