Since its beginning in 1994, Peace Rehabilitation Center has cared for women and children who are at risk of being trafficked and those who have already been trafficked. While others are now involved with various kinds of aftercare, PRC continues its focus on both rescue and prevention. Implementing a comprehensive approach to the cycle of trafficking, PRC offers many solutions, from border patrols that prevent girls from being brought into India, to assisting government officials with rescue operations, to addressing the underlying causes of trafficking, to rehabilitation and reintegration of trafficked victims to family and community life.
